Wuhuu.. have you seen this on 21?? Amazing visual effects with the art real paintings as a background.
I’m not the person who loves the 3D or animation, visual effects movie before. I really like the real one, but this is not just another 3D or animation movie but also the art of cinematography. I love the lighting and also the plot of the story. This film is success in Jakarta, 80% from people’s who come to 21 yesterday was get in line to see this “300″.
Damn, it’s so HOLLYWOOD but also it’s fine arts. Not that I mean just fine, but real FINE. But the things is some other shot was still missing a part and it looks like not real in the film. When some horse running from behind the Spartan, it takes short cut and the things was missing after the person who ride horse and killed some of the best Spartan warrior.. then bush.. gone.. “Where da’ hell is he going??”. Not bad, the other scenes was missing when they gave us the information about the big hole in the first scenes then Leonidas killed some men when they came. It looks like the story was jumping and they don’t concern about the dialog. Watch the dialog in this scenes.

hai… nice to see this site… dah lama banget gak nonton film (sejak punya dua krucil yang harus terus-menerus dipelototi…). Jadi berasa melihat dunia dari sisi yang lain di site ini (maklum yang ini kan ibu rumah tangga biasa yang kebetulan nyambi kerja kantoran)…
The Spartans were the best fighting force of their era and their whole life was based around war and lived frugally hence the name Spartan in western culture. I am looking forward to seeing this movie as I read about this true story and have seen recent documentaries about the Spartans and this incredible battle and sacrifice to save Greece from defeat which they accomplished. The Persian fleet also sank in a big storm which gave the Greeks time to form a fighting force that overcame the persians in following battles…. anyway Babel was an easy movie to watch and entertaining but I personally did not think that it was that good and not good enough to be taken to the Oscars but you know the Oscars right!!! but much better than all the American sex , violence and explosion movie with no story line.

Indeed it’s a nice movie, a new kind of movie where only the actors are the real ones, the rest is computer made. But, as nothing is perfect the movie has a lousy story. The ending is quite boring and predictable. But, yeah it’s fun to watch.
